When we set out to design a car, one of our main concerns is how to make it as safe as possible. We employ the latest technology to give you safety performance you can rely on whenever you travel.
One car leading the way in automotive safety is the Toyota Prius. Thanks to some very ingenious engineering, the Prius has been rewarded with a five-star rating for passenger protection in the official Euro-NCAP crash testing, the highest score achievable, since 2004. What’s more the Toyota Prius has set a precedent in passenger safety with its curtain shield airbag and innovative whiplash prevention system and Vehicle Stability Control.
Here at Toyota, we realise it’s not just our cars that will help us achieve our vision of a traffic accident-free world.
